Order Processing Time 

All orders placed on https://cravelynx.com are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Destinations 

Cravelynx LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our shipping services cover all states within the US.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of the order total.

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

  • Delivery estimates are calculated from the moment your package leaves our facility, following the 1-2 business day processing period.
  • These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

Cravelynx LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claims process.

Incorrect Shipping Information 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for the re-shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
